My witty ditties ?

I’ve wrote poems about the weather, yes my books have one or two
I’ve jotted ditties that are sentimental, when I think of something blue

Whilst I’ve touched on every subject that I can think about
but there’s bound to be things I’ve missed, with that I have no doubt

Friends, food, animals holidays in the sun, folklore with fairies
I love inventing fun

What else have I wrote about now let me think, Oh yes insomnia coz I struggle to sleep a wink

Brexit that’s a laugh I’ve talked about politics, tho this will go on forever, coz they haven’t got a quick fix

I like to make up short stories
yes I have created a few, especially children’s fantasy
this is what I love to do

I imagine a scenario within my brain, like the homeless hobos on the streets seeking shelter from the rain

Real life characters that inspire me i.e. Billy Conolly, David Attenburgh, both fantastic on t.v.

Talking about the television
I’ve wrote a few poems from watching that, especially wild life & nature, I will be jotting whilst I’m sat

Thing’s that give us inspiration
they leave there memories in one’s head, I find my memory is rubbish so I write of them instead

So if you have thought about a certain subject & you reckon it could be a ditty
Feel free tell me what it is
& I will cunjure up something witty
