My wondering mind

My wondering mind

My wondering mind
My sainted souls
My trip to nowhere calls and calls
Telling me tales of wicked nights with beautiful women, beautiful souls
Of towering risks that no one see’s                                 Bathed in that bottle of excasty, bathed in that bottle of wine
that knows no limits, hears no mother’s warning calls in the deep dark night
Where tales end in terror cry’s,
Where tales end in drunken fights
Where tales end in new life formed, so small yet that know one knows, least the pants that lay crumpled on the floor, which hours before where begging for more
More love
More loss
More more

Awesome poem! Sorry it took so long for me to respond GV! Working on poem in progress called more so I was interested to see the same structure in your write! I'm so touched that I impacted you in this way. Love the broken - blank verse the most. Cheers for the reference! TFOTS
