Poem -

Mystic Reality

I was planted beneath the soil, pleading for light,

And the beloved of my soul watered my grave.

A kernel sprouted into a fortress. I was the envy

Of the gods, for She was jealous for my affections.

I was the apple of the Third Eye, but I couldn’t

Draw near the stream, thus, I loved a Phantom.

She embodied my dreams as a royal symbol, and

She visited me by way of vibrations, and She

Kissed me wrapped by invisibility. Such mystic

Encounters fueled my flame, and still I listen for

The whispers of the winds, hoping for a Divine

Invitation. I wish upon a star, roaming through

The city, reciting “Here I Am.” I’m eager to

Touch the face of Spirit, to love forevermore.
