A Myth

A Myth

Cradled in the fluff of new fallen snow.
Are beings which live but nobody knows.
People whisper and rumor of noises they've heard.
A creature so tiny it's nearly absurd.
Miniature statures with big red noses.
They don't eat food but only pink rose.

A myth spread out of pure speculations.
Given the talk they must be mutations.
They have huge feet with nine toes.
Why not equal nobody knows.
Perhaps there is one that grew in the middle.
I hear they sing, dance and like to play fiddles.

I heard about tiny fur jackets and such.
Made out of cat tails now that was too much.
I heard about bells at every corner.
I think I heard they put them in order.
I don't know if these creatures are real
A myth I say and I give it my seal.
