Myth of a woman

Myth of a woman

Words spoken from a long ago poem
Each paragraph mesmerizing in tone
Telling of the myth of a woman who was once loved
Then forgotten; and left alone and unknown
Her purity and beauty was painted in every passage read
Along with the sadness that was felt in every tear that she shed

Being Me

Now this is just perfect!  I love this poem!  All through the ages we read of loves found, lost and unrequited. And even though a poem was written in centuries past we still feel that emotion and know in our hearts what it feels like. This is pinned! ?? x
