I fell in love with nature
I fell in love with its harmony
I fell in love with its peace
the trees
the roses
the water streams
the mountains
the valleys
the meadowsÂ
the canyons
the blue skies
the azure oceans and sees
all treasures of nature
all gift of god

I used to bring little treasures home...
I think I reminded my mother of a cat...
Toads, snakes, and butterflies were my usual...
If I went on a real good walk sometimes I would find a turtle...
Yup all came home with me...
My brothers would tease and say...
Let's move...
Maybe she'll bring home an alligator...
I was up for that...
