Nature's Reflection

The star of morning peeringĀ
Through the thin pine trees
A glimpse, a glimpse is all I see
I think that is enough
Run, run beside the trickling water
Watch it part from the bend
Is it following me.?
Or am I following it.?
Squirrels running on the fallen leaves
Do you think leaves feel pain like we do.?
Thick air grabbing my skin cooling me off
As I am further down the path
Stop, come to a stop
Watch the water as it leaves you behind
Stare at the reflection of the trees
Do you think nature knows the extend of it's beauty.?Ā
