Poem -
NELSON MANDELA
A man that left a legacy for us all
was a shining star to be imitated
and followed.
A man with a heart that felt for his
people, a charismatic leader that
believed in fairness, justice and
equality.
An icon that struggled in the fight
for freedom to deliver his people
from racial segregation.
Nelson Mandela was an inspiration
to us all, a hero that will live forever
in history, a true humanitarian that
loved everyone.
He was a lawyer, politician, freedom
fighter, prisoner, president,leaderĀ
but above all a
father and friend to all.
All worshiped him, all saluted him
for his good deeds and heroic actions
but Madiba is gone home.
Tata Mandela humba ikhaya.
