I find it is in the depths of me
That YOU reveal me, TO myself
What I am, what I have been
And what I have become
I am nothing, and never new it
Left to myself, I am but an ember
Filled with the dying of the light
But when,
You turn your light toward me
I am filled with strength
And the joy
Of knowing my own imperfections
It astounds me, when I realize
That you even have the time for me
So quick to help me up
To embrace me
Even though, I have let you down
Time after time
You still provide me
With the light
Of your
Never ending
Love.....
