NEVER TRIVIALIZE DEPRESSION

Depression changes your life forever,

There is always a big black cloud above you,

But people never get it!!!!!!!

To me-depression is waking and wishing you had not,

I prayed every day and night that I would die.

I would sit and cry all da for no reason.

Crying-silently -loudly until there is no more tears.

To terrible pain-no one gets it!

SUICIDAL THOUGHTS,

Even the dead were better than me.

I used to self harm,even use drugs.

Drugs just took me off to another world,

but not for long enough!!

.   I told no one,as i felt nobody understood,never mind help.

So it really gets to me when people say they're depressed.

Or they think think suicidal jokes are funny !!

Suicide and depression is NO JOKE.

YOU ARE SAD,ILL,LOW,DISHEARTENED stv.

BUT DO NOT EVER EVER

             TRIVALIZE DEPRESSION OR SUICIDE.
