New Adventure

On a warm June morning in the year of the dragon,

My heart was cold and lonely,
Something was missing in my life,

Viewing through a magic mirror to a distant land,
Can't you feel the warmth of my gaze?

I tried to turn away,
I couldn't fight your beautiful eyes and soul,
Your voice placed me under a magic spell,

Somewhere, I hear a voice speaking,
A bright new adventure is about to begin,

Gazing eye to eye,
I ask,
Why we live in different times, 
And in distant lands?

Always and forever,
I will think of you,
