Poem -

This Night Lies Within Your Joy

And I'll be gone tonight,

The ground beneath my feet will open wide, the way I've been holding onto you, latching onto you,

Nothing in between, just love and heavy emotions.

You close your eyes, just for a second, and the whole world goes dark,

Deprived of warmth.

The love inside and among us is the bridge to the sky,

An atlas of thoughts, paths leading to everlasting melancholia and to the west the freedoms,

Craved for several lifetimes.

You twist my soul and linger in my darkened mind and fill my eyes with your brightness.

You are my hidden joy.
