NIGHT OWLS

A dog barks to disturb the night time chill
His master doesn't say much and never will
The revellers come home from their boozy night
Some are so drunk and look quite a sight

Taxi drivers are the only ones on  the road
Taking the night owls to their fixed abode
I look out my window and what do I see
A beautiful full moon looking back at me

My alarm clock tells me it's just past four
I should be asleep I know that for sure
Some would call me a night owl too
You're reading this late so then are you

Sounds so much like me
.I'm the night owl in my family ,
Trying to sleep to get my rest ,
doesn't come easy but I try my best x
