Nights attire.

I won't bare witness to the peaceful look within the nights attire,
for burning low and long in sleep, I'm restless in desire,
To be loved as any fool would love, fall head and heel and never tell
I alone must come to rest
And in my frolicking dreams then dwell,
Before some night made paradise, the darkness came to test it's theory,
all the withered stars then taken, and light lay stark and dreary
Belonging to a dreamers arms
Who pushed away the burdened name,
Could not love , nor touch thereof the likeness in each flame

Thank you so much sweetheart 🌹❤😊🙏
Another utterly beautiful poem full of passion, love and deep emotion. I absolutely can't get enough. In our nights of loneliness it is in the arms of our dreams we sleep as they hold us like we wish a lover would. That was one interpretation I got from this ❤☀❤
Thank you so much sweetheart 🌹❤😊🙏
