All this searching.
To come up empty.
Urgently seeking to find.
A constant struggle with time.
Its a tragedy.
That viewers tune in to see.

Manhunts and checkpoints.
Picture and memories.
Of hundreds of faces.
Who left lasting marks within their places.
Questioned life that changes so abrupt.
Cold cases stay open as they give up.

Not too many stories can continue on.
Robbed of a life no where near close to full.
Too overbearing I do not want to see.
As I quickly change the channels on TV.
Infinite love grows sour with every twisted tale.
Conclusions hopeful but to no avail.
