The reason I wrote is to let pain out and to let others know there is someone out there who understands
Exactly, which is precisely what I conveyed to you.
It's a purging of our soulāventing to allow the bad thoughts out while allowing only good thoughts to replace them.
And seeking confirmation from others that we are not going through this sort of situation alone, that others are as well.
After all...misery loves company.
