NOBODY NOTHING NOWHERE

Nobody is driving on my roads today 
Pedestrians on the street are keeping away
Behind closed doors is where people stay
All trying no doubt to keep this virus at bay

Nothing left in my supermarket shelf 
People are concerned about their health 
Stocking up on essentials like a toilet roll
Keeping safe is considered the ultimate goal

Nowhere is immune from this appalling threat
Going to get worse that's a sure fire bet 
Emergency measures are now being set
2020 will be a year that history will not forget
