NOSTALGIC
Where emerald fields met skies so radiant,
A barefoot child would dance with daylight.
Through tiny tides, a joyful run,
Beneath a sun that kissed the fun.
The water's heart, a mirror clear,
Reflecting dreams, banishing all fear.
Each muddy step, a memory made,
In nature's lap, a carefree shade.
Dragonflies with wings of jade,
A fleeting dance, a joyful parade.
Laughter echoing, sweet and wild,
A symphony of joy, a carefree child.
Now years have passed, the seasons turn,
But in my soul, those embers burn.
Nostalgia's bloom, a bittersweet grace,
A longing for that sunlit space.
Where innocence and wonder reign,
And joy's pure essence, fresh like rain.
A reminder to embrace the now,
And cherish moments, somehow
