Not A Snow World

In town
the Harmattan
In the west of the black continent
can't mistake the dry north wind blows
our Africa version of snow fall
telling same original Christmas story
Là bienvenue
oh Christmas
here present
the frost will never fall

No white ice nor need for heater
cause my world is not a snowy one

In my very familiar Friend'
an unfamiliar scene spreads
so out of mine
two world under the sun

Fulfilment of similar goals
Wish we could exchange our geography
I and my beloved

So I can have my fill of the Christmas tree, train city, light house and white blocks, but this is not met to be save I visit her
and that I will someday
