Not Guilty as Charged
Would you kindly
please
try to remember
I only saw
you naked on that
one occasion ..
When you were
busy posing
and still fresh from
the shower ..
Walking slow past
your window ..
While I was on my
way back
from the office ..
Please do
try to remember ..
My case
is due to come up
on Friday
and I think you are
ugly anyway ..
So why
would you even
begin to think that
I might be stalking you ..

Its difficult to ascertain someone's experience,Ā as in their head they feel violated but the alleged perpetratorĀ looked in the direction coincidentally...
for instance I could be staring into what space and thinking about somthing unremarkable as somone naked walks past, I might not even notice, unless it was pointed outĀ
one instance I wouldn't consider it stalking, but if it happened again...or if the person was "waiting" to see them..and only they know that...well. that's stalking!
but the alleged in this case did see them and described them as posing...so he was technically in the wrong but I wouldn't think of it as purposefulĀ
it's so difficult make a judgement from a look
