Not a Master, But a slave

- Not a Master, But a slave
- I am not the Master of anything;
- But, a slave of everything;
- Nothing is permanent,
- Not anything at all.
Be not the slave of your moods,
But their master;
But if you are so fuming,
So miserable, so aching.
Then, your spirit cannot discover
Ā Peace even in a silent prayer,
Ā go and give some pleasure
Ā to someone humble or sorrowful,
or to a guilty or innocent sufferer!
Ā Sacrifice yourself, your talent,
your time, your rest to another,
to one who has to bear a
heavier load than you ā
and your unhappy mood
will dissolve into a blessed,
Contented submission to God.
- Not a Master, But a slave
- I am not the Master of anything;
- But, a slave of everything;
- Nothing is permanent,
- not anything at all.

Dear Andrew East,
Many thanks for your comments, Finding peace, sometimes is from slavery with a Master. No one is a Master. He is the only Master, which we have never seen, touched, but we believe through our faith ,
Love to you dear, Have a nice day, God bless

Embrace the compliments
Showered on a sunny day
Pretentious heads more
In this insane world
got to see few glowing
bright in their humble
aura..so a master will
always guide others by
calling him as a slave
but you are the master
of a golden heart and
pure soul...keep shining

Piusha,
Poems are just like the rainbows that might contain all colors of the human feelings; beautiful sweet and sad or bitter feelings. They can affect the mood of the persons from various aspects. Love is one of the beautiful colors carved on the poetry thing. Poems affect the human moodsĀ if you send a beautiful Ā poem to your friends who is little upset, then it will work splendidly and marvelously to change the mood. Poems beautify the relationships by adding the charm and the magic of their words. One can use poems to tell the feelings to others. In our lives we often face such moments when we find that we have run short of the words and we are unable to tell our feelings to the other one in a proper way then the most striking method is to use one of the Ā poems, full of emotions.
Words carry great power. God created the world through His words. He said, "Let there be light" and there was light. Humans also use words in producing great novels that move us and music that warms our hearts. Writers put much thought into the right selection of words so their books or songs will sell. We listen and communicate words every day that either lift us up or bring us down. Powerful, positive words can offer great healing, while negative words contain great destructive power. Whenever we talk negatively about people or listen to someone else talk negatively about others, we unleash that harmful power. So how do we use this power of words with others? Do our words lift and inspire, or do they destroy?
Have a nice day !. Smiles,
Love
