- A Nurse means an angel
Guardian of children;
Custodian of the sick
So submissive, so polite,
Nurse is a five letter word,
- A Nurse means an angel
That starts with an "N"
N for nurturing, nursing;
a wounded soldier;
Hands to cure by special
care of treatment of an illness or injury;
- A Nurse means an angel
Indian nurses stranded in " Tikrit "
in strife-torn Iraq were shifted;
They were shifted to an undisclosed
location today; They are in dark,
- A Nurse means an angel
No food; No water; No shelter,
Some nurses suffered minor injuries
in an incident of glass breaking
We were politely resisting the militants.
- A Nurse means an angel
But now the tone of the bearded boys
is different and cruel, anything can happen
We have no other option, but to obey them,
- A Nurse means an angel
Never bring Coffins to take us back home;
Our beloved's, parents, children are crying,
Take us to safety; We are to serve you in peril;
God, be mercy on us, Keep away from terrorists
- A Nurse means an angel

All 43 Angles are now heading towards a remote airport, where they all will be lifted from the troubled and occupied lands by three (Ready for Emergency Service) Indian Air crafts. My concern to all those who had stranded there, Thanks for your valuable and timely comments in this regard.Sometimes, I feel strongly, I should react on these type of current issues through my verses too.
