Oh how I miss you ?

Alone in the darkness I think of you
lying wide awake and feeling so blue
why you went away well I haven’t a clue
but now my heart is broken in two

My pillow is soft but damp where I lie
from the falling teardrops that I cry
You left me on my own with no reason why
I fear my soul shall shrivel and die

I have to heal myself I must
and halt these tears from running to rust
but my memories of you shall turn to dust
Oh how I miss you it is so unjust
