Poem -
" ON TIME PASSING "
The pendulum swings
Back and forth
South, then north.
Was it incorruptible faith
Which shone its light
Within my soul's quiet searching?
Or, just time passing
And my faith inevitable,
For now it shines so brightly
That, at night
Alone,
I am warmed
By a blissful inclination
To pray, to meditate
Upon that which I am also
Afraid of.
I may have let down
My theocentric
Eccentricity,
While I simply
Searched,
Oh so desperately,
For the truth,
In time
Passing...
