Once again

Once again

The pieces lie beneath the willow branches.
Broken.

Shattered.

Abandoned to do no more harm.

When it had broken, it made a sound so pitifully unpleasant, the crows even mourned.Lost.

Yet, aware.

Left, forgotten

Alone.

Perhaps not so lonely.

Still…

Still drowning however.

Sinking, nothing exists.

No light

No air

No life

No thought..

No mind

Only drowning

As always, I await the day when I touch the bottom.

For years, I have sunk

Never touching...

Never even a brush upon the end of this ill fated fall.

Slow and painful..

As the story goes....
