One little Snowdrop

This little picture the one up above is my first sign of Springtime which I absolutely love
Perhaps as I was born in early April so just like a little lamb
My creativity sprung in Spring so I am biased I am
But never-the-less I am sure most of you will agree
Springtime is so sensational 
Our season of creativity

One little snowdrop pushing through the earth, so fragile and flimsy yet with wondrous worth
‘Oh pretty flower with your tiny white bell springing amidst the snow from Wintertide farewell’
There is none so special as the little snowdrop with it’s limp white petals in a flippety flop
Bewitchingly beautiful
Seductively small
Standing shyly
Giving it their all

One little snowdrop popping thru the grass
Glistening in the morning dew as bold as brass
Two little snowdrops standing side-by-side with nowhere to run to and nowhere to hide
Three little snowdrops in the corner of my garden 
“Oops I almost dug you up I beg your pardon”
Four little snowdrops stood in a row
Shining in the midday sun 
Such a Springtime bestow
