One Quiet Afternoon

One Quiet Afternoon

When a distinctive personality
Collides
With the undetermined reality
Of another person's
Love of life
A strange and unpredictable event
Occurs
Strangers, somehow, become secret friends
Forever,
A one-time memory
As if the heavens were present
To concur
That love exists in simplicity's
Portals,
Where new-love's infrequently magical
Appearances
Can convert the unsuspecting
Skeptic
Whose heart finds itself completely
Astonished
That another human soul could actually
Love,
Their quirkiness,
And motivate their sexual
Generosity
To somehow strip them
Naked,
So that lying in a stranger's bed
Not only,
Does not frighten them
But tickles them into
Laughter
And elevates
Their latent inhibitions
Into a symphonic, sensual,
Self-expression, of pent up
Love making
And the welcome surprise
Of their own,
Unfulfilled fantasies,
Come to life ~
One quiet,
Afternoon....
