One Race

The time has come to phase out hate, to rise up and unite,

Come together one and all , leave differences behind,

Time to let the anger go, reach out a helping hand, coexist with every single person on this land,

Give blankets to the cold, give money to the poor,

Give every hungry person food, instead of funding war,

Every person matters, every heart that beats, those that live in castles and those left on the streets,

We all have the same value, same color we all bleed, just one race, the human race, Acceptance all we need,

Instead of judging show respect, display humility, if you were them for just one day, how humbled you would be,

Look past money, class, and cars and all material things, and then embrace the happiness that every person brings,

Don't see people as black or white, see them from within. And they will each amaze you time and time again,

We have to stop the hatred, refuse to let it breed. That is the only way for us to be completely free,

If everybody lived that way I really could believe, that if we work together world peace could be achieved.
