To be so misunderstood, with an infatuation for Love
The powerful men of her world, hadn't a clue
Having Hamlet himself ~ wondering
"To be or not to be", forever believing
"Love is brief".......
When her father's life ~ was snuffed like a glove
She wore her melancholy as more misunderstood Love
Erotomania, tearing and tormenting
The bi-polar basket case, ever relenting
Singing and taunting in riddles and rhymes
When the Queen announced she'd taken her life
From a whispering, Willow tree's branch
For she was ~ "incapable of her own distress"
She fell from the willow and drown in the brook
After all, she had to wear her necklace of Rue
Her regret, so amazingly misunderstood
Absolutely nothing left, for her to do........
At her funeral, the Queen sprinkles flowers
Upon her grave
"Sweets to the sweet"
Was all,
She could say.....

This was aesthetic in all its mystical glory a poem befitting praise such subtle compliments as I will give, this was perfection, you remained consistent in the idea her misunderstood love being forever obscured a 5 star not because I appreciate you as a person and generally want to show that in number but because tonight you have inspired me with a piece of poetry like no other, we're I such a crafter of words I'd be able to go more in depth with this one but I'll be brief, you found revenge (in misunderstandings) in poetry and as bitter sweet as it was it was beautiful to all onlookers regardless of topic...also when you get a chance I'd like you to check out a piece I wrote called "Midnight Misty", it was one I thought you would appreciate
