Other Foot

Men and Their Abortions

I walk the streets a man
The burden on my shoulders seems light
Woman you think I am barren
And yet I am heavily pregnant behind this six-pack
Pregnant with dreams
Dreams that want to be born
A birthing that determines the crave
Craving for a certain kind of love
A love you don't seem to understand
A love that never arrives and leaves my blood trailing across the land
