Ouch my back ?

‘Dammit & bletherations’
I’ve just went & knacked me back
Was only getting stuff out my car
Then felt an almighty crack!!?

I’ve had minor problems in the past
But lately its been fine
I hope I wont need surgery
Further down the line

Well this really is a nuisance 
My lower back is sore
Its stopped my plans I had today
Coz I can’t walk no more

I go out strolling every morning
This is what I like to do
So Ann, my walking partner
Sorry, but I can’t come out with you?

So in the meantime, I’ve hunted out my trusty, ‘tens machine’
Its busy working on it now
‘Electro stimulation’ is feeling mean

I have no choice but ‘take it easy’
Tho this is simply not my way
It better hurry up, go right again
Thats all I’ve got to say?
