Our Rollercoaster rides

There’s implications with complications causing me to sigh
yet I can see a double rainbow from the corner of my eye
Positivity is shining down on me
urging me to forget about my negativity
There must be an angel sitting on my shoulder watching every move I make as I am getting older

One minute I was shoved into a state of aggravation but the next well there was a reason for a double celebration
Life is an abundance of ups and downs with our rollercoaster rides of smiles and frowns
Emotional awareness amidst one’s sensitivity
Plucking on those heart strings within our receptivity

So hey ho I thank the heaven’s up above, somebody up there sent me  showers of love
Tho I don’t have a clue who was looking down on me there’s my Mother and Father up there you see
I bet my Mam is sitting with her knitting sipping her tea from a china cup 
My Dad will have his eyes on binoculars looking down through the clouds to make everything clear close up
