Our Springtime bloom 🌼

Our Springtime bloom 🌼

The daffodils are drooping their dainty little heads

Dazzling in the dusk in my fragrant flower beds

Sleepy eyed centres, flaming orange all aglow

And that freshness of the morning dew is such a pungent perfume

Picking pretty posies for my crystal vase in my living room

Brightening up my melancholy mood from wilted winters gloom…
