Poem -

Out Little Snail, Out I Say!

Can I do it

Can I change these spots

A little water at a timeĀ

10 minutes cleaning the bedroom here

20 min cleaning the kitchen there

Can I get my bathroom under control

Smelling like the perfumes of Arabia

Just a little elbow grease

And a trick of the mind

Could this lazy beast to self be kind

I would like to hope for a resurrection

Before landlord rocks up for an inspection

But I fear I'm too much in my shell

A snail timid and highly wound up

Preoccupied with a slimy hell

Overcome by obsessive introspection
