OUTSIDE FUN

Round and around the roundabout goes 
When will it stop the answer nobody knows 
Going up and down on the very tall slide
Such are the joys of playing outside 

Playing hide and seek till it gets dark 
Climbing trees was fun on the local park 
So much happiness during school holidays 
My friends and I were not ones to laze 

How things have changed from my day 
Mobile phones means no time for play 
That's a shame for the kids of today 
Just my opinion I'm entitled to say
