Pain

Pain pulling your insides out.
The pain doesn't ease, no matter how much you shout.
Every movement, causing a riptide of pain.
Pulling and dragging, driving you insane.
Feeling like you've been dropped from a crane.
No amount of medication can sort this out.
This pain won't stop, it's got some clout.
