A girl who thought that you were larger than life

Young kids who always got some fun

A girl who thought she had lived a normal life

 Young kids who got love from everyone

A girl who just wanted to live a simple life

Young kids who always got things done

You told them something else one day

The dreams you really want  to chase and see

 You took your family to the city

The few years were  hard but they were happy

 You always came home with some money

The girls got to eat so much food everyday

They never thought that everything would change

You lost your job and the world turned dark

They never thought you'd forget about them

You'd let anger took away your mind and heart

They never thought you'd lose your strength

You had showed them a weak and cruel man

They never thought someone can be violent

You made life full of fear they had ran

 They never thought hatred made them weep

You had made the kids forget about their dad

You have let madness took over your dreams

The whole family had met suffering and pain

You had let everyone down in the end

They all got wasted lives and broken spirits

You somehow made them choose a different thing

Their faith got them through pain and despair

You numb your pain and the bottle became your friend

You never even thought that there would come a day

The very same thing would be taking your life away

The regret and pain you felt was too late

Because they prayed for the  day when a father would change

It came with a very huge price you had already paid
