Pain slowly fades

The pain that you caused me 
Doesn't just disappear over night
you've to give me sometime 
to adjust into a new life
you can't expect me  to forgive you just like that 
you hurt me real bad that I cried myself to sleep wondering what i did wrong

But you've walked out of my life far to many times
And now your expecting to get your foot back in the door

Just turn around and never look back
I ain't picking up the piece again that you've left 
Am sick of you playing the same old games
Your done messing around with my head

Breaking free was a breath of fresh air
I could breathe again with no worries or cares
