Painful

To stand here and feel like yoir not you 
to feel like your not you 
is painful 
upsetting 
and almost feels like you have lost yourself 
taking you away from yourself and who you are 
making you feel like you’ve vanished into thin air 
 
nothing has the right to take me away from me 
to affect how I feel so much 
That’s not fair and it ain’t right 
 
dissociation is enoigh 
can’t be doing with something else upsetting my mind 
and my space 

my feelings are enough 
don’t want to deal with someone else’s all the time
