A particular day

T'is now springtime in the park green
Amidst the petunia paths and cool ponds
As I have wandered there by lakes crystal clean
Stumbling past the daffodils towards the fronds
These eyes foresaken by a golden sight
A temperate blue covering the entire space
There she lay under the buds of white
Frills decorating the blanket with white lace
Her mirror glares into a shade pond
As it stands it appears a feathered duck
For my heart reflect in the waters gone
A hare darts as the day rings luck
For a gentleman in a park on a particular day
On a Sunday afternoon the twelfth of May

Jai…this is a wonderful write. It reads like one of Shakespeare's sonnet about his "lady". Well done!
