Patricia, Don't You Cry.....

Patricia, became a poplar- like, statuesque, vision on the scene, ya' know
We all thought a ballerina, could not walk as, apparition like as she, it was
Such a sight to see, I remember how her perfume felt, it lay upon my skin
Whenever she walked by, the feel or her fluffy sweater, pink and seeming to have life of its own, whenever she walked by, And we never wondered why? Just mesmerized by sweet perfection whenever she'd, STOP!, to toss her hair, it seemed to be slow motion, Particia!,
Don't you cry?, I often hummed to myself "Patricia don't you cry." , for no one could imagine the overwhelming reaction, if Patricia happened to cry, why the thought of it alone, Patricia don't you cry, well the people became it bit more trusting, and to this day the people recall the smell of her, whenever she'd walk by,
On her headstone, a simple remembrance
"Patricia, don't you cry!"

Wonderful write Tony and a very visual image have you indelibly placed in head of Patricia and just as you, the reason need none of her sad preference of her cry, not to mention the vivid appearance of her sweet sensual perfume and the feel of her fluffy sweater, pink and seeming to have life of its own, whenever she walked by .A fine sight is this one, for all eyes but unlike your dear Patricia, the eyes that view this one will not be weeping but instead, hungry for your next visionary write…Tony I am sure everybody has been introduced one time are another, to their Patricia as well and ignore her, you was fortunate and perceptive enough to have paid (full), rather than some attention…..
Wonderful write Tony,
Jim
Hi Jim, thank you so much, for your kind words of encouragement and insight into this piece. I have not met you before, but have been warned that you would eventually find me. I am so excited to know that you have finally looked my way.....more than you know.....I hope to hear more from you and your wonderful talents sir. I am grateful for your kind attention........tony xx
Hey Tony,
On the contrary Sir, your new and innovative enthusiastic poetic state of mind, is well appreciated on this site and speaks very highly, for itself. You are more than unselfish and have more, than a kind word are two, for (everyone’s) writes and place paragraph after paragraph out there, without missing a beat, of adding your own works, from the files of Sir Tony…Your works are beyond impressive and I am sure you have been told time and time again by all on this site and I was kind of dragging my feet a little as it pertains to blending in with rest of the crew and getting on the ball.. Believe you me, I have been heavily engaged in your works and like everyone else enjoy them all…I most definitely will catch up on the comments and as stated, loved the way you led your readers down the streets and through your neighbor and onto the block of,(Tony’s Town) and into, the life and crying eyes, of Ms. Patricia….Brilliant read sir……….One more thing, I love the comment you left with my dear friend Leola (Sue) and knowing her as I do, you beyond hit the nail on the head, in your rendered comment to her poem,(Not insane just crazy), you obliterated it with accuracy…..Job wonderfully well done and very, very impressive…I thought I was reading a comment from one of the, old schoolers that has been here away, such as Sir WilIiamji, Ravindra,Shirley P., Big Wolf, Cherie, Piusha, Nardine, Nancy M. and most definitely Leola herself,(a wonderful friend and lady) and Mr. and Mrs.(G). There are many more and they know who they are…..
Warmest of regards,
Jim
Jim, if you wanted to make me cry, all you had to do was say that the Dallas Cowboys are gonna suck really bad this year.(lol) That was like, the kindest message I have ever gotten. Take it easy on me sir. I'm kind of sensitive to the written word. Seriously though, bless your generous heart sir. Bless you.....tony xx
Thanx Tony,
And speaking of blessing, you have been, with your talented abilities..The Dallas Cowboys, wow, once the team of all America...Got to get that hungry will to wonna win, like the days of the old....Use to be mine as well, went to (Cali.) for some years and kinda gravitated to the (49ers), then back to Florida, hoping the Dolphins would return to form but what a let down…. now I have mixed emotions about them al….
