Everyday, I ponder
When will conflict cease?
Viewing the news,
All I see is….
Pain and horror in Palestine, Syria, and Kashmir…
When will conflict cease?
Streets covered in blood,
Families crying in despair,
I want peace, I want peace, I want peace!
To see the joy on people’s faces,
Will be a dream come true.
I want our world to be in cheerfulness,
Not in sorrow!
Kids dead on sea,
Like 3-year-old Syrian Alan Kurdi.
I want peace!
Peace is a beauty our world needs,
So, we need to work together,
To bring our world in peace.
