Pinky Promise

iād ask where he is
but
heās just going to lie
say heās throwing back shots
with the guys
you donāt need me to fall asleep
again
every sunday night
for the past six months
heās been mouthing
with that wanton girl from work
i imagine them at a bar
chugging guinness
like we used to
rubbernecking her
like he used toā¦
when he walks through that door
iām going to pull that checkered tie
into pale fist
demand he fucks me
like i never do
like she probably would
when he tries to pull out
sweaty unshaven legs will wrap
around muscular back
like venus fly trap
like venus the goddess
he promised marriage
