plastic roses 
last forever to my hums
dont matter their colours
 red... pink... white... yellow too

yet some how they can represent love
as someone may say
love never dies
it is forever so too this
 
but the scent of a rose when picked or plucked
fills the Soul ...the heart...senses awaken
the moment to a laughter of love pleased

have you seen how the thorns protect the roses
so too is your heart
to the touch as soft the petals
to your lover to you
to this night
