PLAYING THE PIANO AT NINETY ONE

A ninety one year old man played the piano today
Nothing unusual in that I hear you say
However the piano was situated in an unusual location
Stood so proud in the heart of Kings Cross station

Once he started to tickle the ivories and began to play
He was accompanied by a West End star who made his day
She sang while he played the station stood still
This situation was certainly not run of the mill

When the song was over applause and cheers were heard
The passengers at the station witnessed music as sweet as any bird
