Please...

Please let me hear her voice again, I swear I wouldn't tell a single soul. To hear her laugh or to hear her whisper, Would slowly fill my grieving hole.

Just let me see her face again, Her lipstick so colourful and bright. Or her big brown eyes, That could light up every pitch black street at night.

Please let me hear her heartbeat, Just give her a few more minutes of life. Let her spend time with her family who loved her dearly, Let her husband see his wife.

Let me smell her again, The sweet smell of her perfume. She never left the house without any on, collecting bottles of it in her room.

Please let me touch her again, Please just let her hold her hand in mine. I would pay millions to give her one more hug, And it would be worth every dime.

My eyes, My ears, My oxygen and my heart,
All of these I would give.
to take her place them years ago,
Just so she could live.
