Alone within the walls of your mind staring at pictures, but never seeing a happy ending...
The steps you take seems to bring you back to the hurt and pain deep within the heart...
Finding temporary happiness with the wrong things...
People can't give you the answers that you seek...
When the bottle is empty and the sand in the hour glass no longer falls...
Vision is blurred and memories hurt the most...
Flowers make you sneeze and love isn't worth the risk...
When loving yourself is to out of reach...
Sometimes, when a day is hard and giving in seems like an easy way out...
Find a cause and just reach out, do something different and you will be amazed...
Someone needs you so please don't quit...
Be the change, show the courage and live...

The numbers of people who suffer from depression every year is astonishing...
Right now I think it's around 18 million people a year and going up every year...
It's no surprise that suicides are at the numbers they are and those numbers are growing too...
I have not been a person that wants to be a statistic or to be numbered with the dead crowd...
I have a purpose and it's not up to me to not see my whole life through...
If there was a statistic on getting through struggles, challenges, betrayal, loss, heartbreak, I could go on, but it's not important...
Still having the desire to see my life through to whatever, I may be counted, but suicide needs awareness more...
There's reasons why the numbers are so high and how many have fell into the trap and didn't know how to get out...
When we remain like we are the only thing that will change are more of this...
