Please help to publish my autobiography/anthology

To all fellow cosmofunnellers,
    Please can I ask for anyone and everyone's support where possible to get my life long dream of my autobiography/anthology of my poems published. Either by sharing the above link or by actually donating would be amazing thank you or if you know of or are a publisher that would like to help then please reach out to me as I've not got a very good prognosis after battling my cancer since the year 2000, when I was 15, till now. I'm the only person out of 20 people worldwide to have the rare cancers i have, to surpass 8 weeks! Let alone the last 20 years although I have had a rapid decline in my health this last year. My story is really my cancer journey and my secrets on beating or holding it back. Then my poetry is a collection of my work that a fellow cosmofuneller has followed since I became a member after my wife left my 3 boys and I. I bring them up single handed on benefits and with no monetary help from their mother. So I've had this amazing lady create out of all my own work the book but I am in the red financially all the time and barely can keep my head above water but I manage. So proper publication costs are far to expensive for me seeing as I can't even save £10 a month! 
so please if you can, HELP ME 😊😊🙏🙏🙏 is my dying wish to have my book of memoirs in my hand and to leave a mark on this planet of my work for my 3 miracle kids whom I should never of been able to have as the chemo made me apparently infertile!
