You died SO young
Four of age
Tender of heart
Meek of spirit
No one would have guessed
That you were to lose your life that day
Off to see Gramz
An exciting trip
For an exciting heart
Little did we know
You and your family were about to part
Cruel men
Armed and dangerous
Filled with hate and intents most heinous

You said your goodbye
Just too soon, for you to take to the sky
Your hardly lived life
Curtailed by death
Laying in the ruin
Where you took your last breath
What a horror for you to have been trapped by
Your saftey strap
That which was meant to protect you
Trapped you
Dragged alongside a speeding car
A demon behind the wheel
How unfortunate
That your tender life
Was left in the hands
Of a man
With a heart of steel
When the death ride was over
They abandoned the vehicle
They found your lifless
Ragged, little body
Covered in blood, both dried and soggy
Still dangling from the car
You spent your final moments
Scraped and tattered by cold, black tar
But
By the time we mourned your death
You had already found a spot
A place next to Jesus
While we pick up the pieces
You're now an angelic being
Little one
You run freely with the Sun
No one can harm you there
You now relish the joy
That only the saints share
We mourn for you
But you rejoice
If we listen closely
We'll be able to hear your singing voice
Rest in peace little dear
Safe in the arms of Angels
Where there's no pain nor fear.
