The Poems Dream

If I were a poem and you were the reader, I'd want to raise you to the peak of your love and lower you to the depths of your sorrow.

I'd want to make you cry all of your tears, the tears unquenchable, yet make you laugh until life's hurts and pains melt into the background.

I'd want to shake your clinging to reality and take you on a fantastic journey through time andĀ race to the place that you plunge into you're deepest folds of protection andĀ caress the substance I find within; gently touching your understanding and meekness.

I'd want to unwrap the mystery surrounding the you I know you are but cannot reveille without cringing from the well known scar, wrap myself about you're fragrance and hold you in my arms.

If I were a poem I'd do all this for you and since this is my poem, I will.
